Hi Matt,
I've just installed NHL 99 on my Win 10 Laptop following your steps. It works till I want to start a Quickmatch. Than it crashes and the following message appears: "openhandlea - OPEN FAILED ON 'TIDET1.PAT' FILE win\fileio.c LINE 186 FUNCTION openhandle" Do you know, what to do?

Hi, I have some problem with NHL98. When I try to run a game so i do not see nothing more than frozen window. I can run game to the main menu and without 3D accelaration. I tried to use voodoo and nglide, but still not working. Do you have some sugestion how to solved it? Thank you. |

I Installed NHL99 On Windows10 a year ago.everything went well.
Now Re-installed the Windows.+ new updates.I also reinstalled the game.
Game is working but the loading is slow during menus.laggy,and slow.
sometimes the game slows down during in game (in match) transition. like fighting a bit.
Not a big deal.but annyoing.and time killing when its slows as fack during the menu section.
I Haven't tested the other games now.All of them worked for me.

hey matt struggling getting NHL2000 working I copied the files did the registry key but cant do the path it keeps saying error ?

I got an error that reads:
"STREAM- unable to open file 'E:\VIDEO\EASPORTS.MAD"
while trying to open NHL 2002. What do I do?

when i launch NHL98.EXE It tells me to Please insert the NHL 98 CDROM into drive D:\ and try again. What do i do?

I'm using a Mac to run Wine so I can play NHL 2000. I tried to install the patch, but it threw this error at me. How do I get around this error on Mac OS? Attachments:

HI guys, I have a win 64Bit, but when i follw your guidance for my NHL 99 i got the starting screen, but then i got this weird message:
iSNDdirectstart - Couldn't set cooperation level
FILE win\sdriver.c LINE 146 Function abortmessagewrapper.
Maybe there is a nurd out there that can help me..
One more thing, When i copy my NHL99 folder, i see that yours have an SETUP included. I think you missed informing us what that is..,
