I recently went through all the steps to play the game and everything works fine except a couple things.
First, everytime I add an AI bot to the game, it automatically crashes and I have to load the game again.
Second, when I save a game session, I can't load it up because the game will crash if I do.
Is there any way to fix these issues?

Got it working by mounting a .iso file with MONOPOLY_CD as its volume name

Hello:
Can I play multiplayer? Every time I tried it takes a long time for the host to accept a guest. Well, still waiting for the host to accept. I'm running Windows 10 64.

Made an account just to thank you SO much for providing the tutorial that you did - my game works perfectly now!
May be worth mentioning that for those of us using an .ISO instead of a retail copy, your .ISO should be mounted to the E: drive or the program won't recognise that you have the disc inserted.

Hey, got the game recently and your fix made it playable, thanks! I wanted to know if there was a fix so I can save games, the file explorer is bugged out when I go to save it. Any tips? Thanks! The best fix for saving is download 32 bit installer, and install the game. You dont need the CD, you can save, and its playable forever! Link: forums.cncnz.com/topic/14530-westwood-monopoly-update-92311/Please try this 32 bit setup. NOW !

SO COOL. So many memories playing this. Hearing that 90s midi jazz and seeing the animations takes me back
The guide worked for me on windows 10 1809 but I will be trying the installer and virtual box methods later on.

Hi all, I managed to get the old CD-ROM working on my Win10/ 64bit laptop. Great memories!
I'm interested if anyone has figured out a way to do multiplay online. Either with someone you know, or a random person over the internet?
Thanks,

Please help, the messages are "Please put the Monopoly CD-ROM in the CD-ROM drive and wait for the drive light to turn off". I tried step correctly, compatibility are windows 95 I'm experiencing the same issue too - My previous laptop did not have a disk drive (I have downloaded an .ISO of the game on both cases) and it worked flawlessly. However, my current laptop also does not have a disk drive, yet I experience issues with opening the game.
