OK, so I've been playing with the game on my Windows 10 (after renaming the Millionaire.exe to whatever I want,) the game plays fine, but I hear sound 'jittering' and skipping (either Regis talking or a music cue) after one second of playback which ruins the whole experience. Even after setting a compatibility mode to Windows XP (Windows 98 or older crashes the executable) and the issue remains.

Hey there - thanks for writing in; I have wondered if anyone else got that naming trick to work. I've got the same issue with the sound distortion, and it definitely detracts from the game. Unfortunately, I don't have an answer as yet. With some other games dropping an old dsound.dll into the folder fixes it, but it doesn't do anything for this one. I'll look into it some more and let you know if I find anything.

Well, at least I'm not alone with the sound glitch issue then... I guess the only solution right now is to run the game on a Win9x/XP Virtual Machine...
