If you're having an issue with a game not listed here, post it in this thread and I'll check it out.

I remember trying to install Max Payne 1 a little while ago on my Windows 7 64-bit, but it wouldn't install. Must be one of those old problematic games...

NBA Live 2000 and 2001.
2000 doesn't install and it's really the same deal as NHL 2000. Has SafeDisc protection. Live 2001 does install fine but has graphical issues when you get in a game.
Also Metal Gear Solid 1 and 2 if there isn't a fix already.

Actually Live 2001 doesn't even open on Windows 10 for some reason.

Hi guys, Live 2001 is a safedisc v2 game, so it can't run on Win 10. I couldn't even find a way to unsafedisc it like NHL 2000 -- the only way I could make it launch was to download the Spanish language "fixed executable" from this page. It's one of those weird .ace files so I just put the .exe up for download here. nbawin.exe downloadUnzip to the Live 2001 folder and the game should launch (and is in English, btw), but the graphics are borked as form said. The dgVoodoo DirectX wrapper usually fixes stuff like this, but with this game it crashes. I think he might not have the DX8 emulation up to snuff yet. And apparently Live 2001 didn't have a Glide mode? I would have thought for sure they did. NHL had Glide capability til NHL 2002. Looking for a copy of Live 2000 so I can fiddle with that.

as for Max Payne -- found this message board link
Quoting "happymonkey": The "install.exe" in the root of the disc is 16-bit only - therefore cannot be run on a 64-bit OS. However, simply run the "x:\Disk1\setup.exe" - no compatibility mode is required.
(replace x: with your actual CD-ROM drive, for example, d:)
However, it will tell you have less than 96mb of RAM - lol - Just select Yes to continue the setup and all should be fine... Also, you must install the DirectX 9.0
Finally, do not forget to install the following patches: Official v1.05 from www.paynekillers.com/downloads/f6-max-payne-v105-patch Community-made patch from www.filedropper.com/maxpaynesoundpatchv112_1

Thanks, I will try it when I find where I put the game disc. Need to re-organize my CD's and DVD's.

Ugh, I have a 20 year accumulation of CDs, myself. One day I broke down and just made images of most of them so I didn't have to dig through boxes anymore.
Max Payne was an awesome series - I had it for the original XBOX.

Max Payne was indeed a great series. MP2 is my favorite, and I can see myself playing it again from start to finish when I get the chance.
However, I recently finally got the chance to play Max Payne 3. I must say the it looks great and pretty innovative, and the story is not bad. BUT...I found the controls pretty bad and I stopped playing it at some point out of frustration. Just couldn't take it anymore. It's a shame, because I love shooters and MP will always be among the best of the best when it comes to shooters, but MP3 was just to annoying for me to finish it. Maybe some day...when I'm old and wise...

Madden 2002 installs and runs fine on Windows 10. Only problem is that the field art minus the yard markers are missing when I get in a game. Maybe that is one game you can work on.
I'll test other Madden titles and report back to you.

Yeah, I still have Madden 02 and have messed with it in the past. It almost works with the last dgvoodoo release but the field is black.
2000 will work on Win 10 with a no CD.

Madden 2000 would've been my next test but I don't have the game on PC (I do on Playstation lol) and couldn't find an iso of it lol.
