That sounds like it needs registry keys that it isn't finding. When I get some comp time later tonight or tomorrow I'll install that rip version and take a look.

Alright, installed the rip from isozone and it did run. Here's the registry key Club.reg (566 B)You're going to have to open it in notepad first and change the CD drive and Install Dir entries. Since my game is a cracked version this key just uses the game folder itself as the "CD Drive". Change that to D:\ or E:\ or whatever your CD drive is. Install Dir, of course, is just whichever folder on your hard drive you have the game files copied to. Once you're done save the .reg file and try adding it to the registry to see what happens. To be honest, I very much doubt it will work out of the box, but I'll cross my fingers anyway. If it doesn't I'll walk you through installing the rip version. At the very least it installs the game so you can see the folder structure and how everything is laid out - if nothing else it will be useful as a guide.

ok, i'll try that and i think this can work since the method worked when installed ToCA Race Driver.

i already have rip version, but problem is that 3d match option doesn't work and it's very unstable at times, since it's basically full game fused with some demo files. Ok, so after tinkering i almost made it work, but exe doesn't wanna open, even after i changed compatibilty to 95, 98, ME and both XP service packs and cracking doesn't change that.

maarcis, with the rip version, did you run the setup.bat file inside the TCM2K3 folder immediately after completing the mYth installer? I think that adds a few files, including the files to make 3D match work.

maybe there's a possibility to manually inject required files to get 3d matches running

Any update, maarcis?
I just realized...I think this whole time I misunderstood what you meant - by 3D match I thought you meant 3Dsetup.exe didn't work. I didn't know there was a literal 3d match option inside the game itself. Lol
What happens when you try 3d matches inside of the rip version, does it crash to desktop, freeze or do you get an error of some sort?

No worries, sometimes misunderstandings happen. Here's the update on things: after countless hours of injecting files from normal installation which i did on my windows xp virtual machine( and in case you're wandering in virtual machine it refuses to fire up and gets stuck at black screen since it needed an actual video hardware to be present and hardware acceleration doesn't cut it)and vice versa, it still refuses to go into 3d match mode, so that's 2 games from EA Sports that blatantly refuses to run on my gaming rig. Oh, yeah, since i got the laptop back from service and tried to run FIFA Manager 11, it actually started up and ran just fine on it's win 7 home premium 64-bit, which now leaves me totally and undoubtedly confused on why it's refusing to fire up on my gaming rig that's 10 times more powerful than my laptop. And as i mentioned earlier 3d mode in tcm 2003 rip version crashes to desktop.

Hey, Matt. I just made a youtube video showing proof of my FIFA Manager 11 troubles:

That's funny...OK, have you checked the event log to see what if anything it's saying about the crash? Think it would be under Event viewer > Windows Logs > Applications
You said your gaming rig is much more powerful - this is probably way off base but I wonder if it could possibly be like an NHL 98/Motocross Madness deal where the game simply won't run if the RAM or video card memory count is above a certain point.

yeah, it sounds like issue that some old games have it as well, cuz Silent Hill 2 has an sound loop issue only becuz pc port was made at the time when motherboards only had single core processors.

Ok, Matt, here's the event viewer log i promised and sorry for taking so long, i'm celebrating 25th birthday of myself, so i kinda had so much time to take my facebook friends greetings. And here i go: Faulting application name: Manager11.exe, version: 1.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x00000000 Faulting module name: GfxCore.dll, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x00000000 Exception code: 0xc00000fd Fault offset: 0x00db9242 Faulting process id: 0x1744 Faulting application start time: 0x01d2053eff5d58c1 Faulting application path: D:\Speeles\FIFA MANAGER 11\Manager11.exe Faulting module path: D:\Speeles\FIFA MANAGER 11\GfxCore.dll Report Id: 407ef0ba-7132-11e6-a815-d0509935fe32
So by that i could guess that the gfxcore.dll went busted for some reason.

Happy belated 25th! Whatever that error is, looks like every version of FIFA Manager has it. What kind of video card is on the rig that works and what video card is on the one that doesn't? One longshot you could try is re-registering the .dll -- find where the gfxcore.dll file is located, if anywhere, on your hard drive; from what I've read it will be located inside the FIFA Manager 11 folder itself. Click Start, All Programs, then click Accessories. Right-click Command prompt and select Run as administrator. At the DOS window, you have to use the cd command to navigate to the folder which contains the gfxcore file. Based on that error message, D: is your hard drive? If that's the case, you'd have to type D: first at the command line and press enter to select the D: drive. Then you want to type -- cd\speeles\FIFA Manager 11 (if that's the right folder, of course) and then press enter After that, then you would type regsvr32 GFXCore.dll If it does what it's supposed to it will say dllregisterserver succeeded blablabla
