Hey, wonder if anyone's still alive here  I got NBA 99 running on Windows 10 64-bit which is amazing on its own. But I got a weird problem - game does not recognize my keyboard. Weirdly enough I can press Esc to go back or Enter to go further in the menus, but no other key works. So I cannot select team and also cannot configure keys. Any ideas? |

First off, thank you! I've been trying to get LIVE 2000 to run on my newer laptop for awhile now. One of my favorite games ever. I was using an old junk laptop just to play the game from time to time and all of my saves are still on that one.. Do you know how I can transfer them over? Thanks!

Hi Matt, I've gone through the tutorial twice and whenever I attempt to run the shortcut a small loading circle appears but nothing happens. I was wondering if you can help me install this game. I want to set this up on a PC that runs Windows 10. Can you shoot a video so that I can follow each step? Also, whenever I download the necessary files from Box(dot)com I get this message "We're sorry, this file is not currently supported." so maybe what I downloaded doesn't actually work?  |

I fixed NBA Live 2001, but the player models turned all black without any faces.

Even after I put dsound.dll in the NBA Live 98 directory, the game still skips. Is there any way around this?

Hi,
First of all thank you VERY MUCH, I’ve been able to run Nba live 2000 yesterday, following your very clear and complete instructions. I’ve started a franchise with a fantasy draft since, choosing Patrick Ewing with the 17th choice for the Vancouver Grizzlies... Awesome memories.
The game crashed three times when playing though, twice after I quit a game, and once while I was looking at the rosters. Hasn’t happened for the last 4 games, after I completed them entirely instead of quitting in the middle of it. Anyone noticed this and has been able to fix it ? Also many text changes for L Ù or letters that don’t make sense. It doesn’t affect anything, but again anyone noticed and fixed something like this ?
One final thing, anyone knows how to switch substitutions and timeouts manual ? Don’t want to turn them off completely, I need Nowitzki and Stojakovic contribution from the bench, but auto subs and timeouts are annoying.
Here’s my starting 5, for those who still play the game: C- P. Ewing, PF- Ben Wallace, SF- J. Mashburn, SG- Dell Curry, PG- M. Bibby. Nowitzki, Stojakovic and Chris Whitney can come off the bench (only play 4 mins quarters, don’t need much subs). Dell Curry isn’t shooting as well as expected from 3s after 4 games, hopefully his son will show him how soon.
