Hi Matt, I am not having any success running Motocross Madness 2 on Windows 10. I last got it to run on an old XP machine. I tried your suggestions for installing dgVoodoo (version 2.42 or later) from dege.freeweb.hu/ in your instructions: Motocross Madness 2 Fix - Unable to use 3D Accelerator. I have tried all the compatibility settings. I am installing MCM2 from an original CD. Any suggestions?

Hi Sopeed A couple questions for you -- what version of Windows do you have, and what exactly happens when you try to run the game with dgvoodoo? Do you get an error or does the game just do nothing?

I have Windows 10 Pro, when i start the game with dgvoodoo and without ddram.dll the game work correctly, but only with software-rendering. when i start with ddram.dll, the game doesn´t start, and i become no error. my grafikcard is nvidia geforce 9800 gt.

Does the dgvoodoo.conf file show up in your Motocross Madness 2 folder after you run dgvoodoosetup?
If you can load the game with software renderer, go to options -> graphics - > advanced options and make sure 'show 3D Renderer Selector at startup' is checked.

Hi Matt
Yes the dgvoodoo.con file is in the folder of mcm2. In Game options the Software Rendering is also checked.

That's a tough one, speed. When you run the game what you should be seeing is the "Motocross Madness 2 has detected a change" popup.
Maybe try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it in a NON Program Files directory, then reinstall it somewhere like C:\Games\Motocross Madness 2. I've seen some weirdness before if the game is installed in Program Files.
Or, try a different version of dgvoodoo. Like, if you have 2.45 in the game directory now, remove it and replace it with version 2.44

Sorry no popup and no error. I try reinstall mcm2 in folder games, dgvoodoo 2.44, but it did not work.

Speed, if you're still there, can you share a screenshot of your motocross madness 2 folder in file explorer? If I saw what you had in the folder, I might be able to figure out what the deal is.

The Screenshot doesn´t work here in this post, but the Folder C Games Motocross Madness 2 is exatly the same as your instructions with dgvoodoo.conf and the .dll files.

Hi Abir, Here is the fixed exe for MCM2. Unzip it to your MCM2 folder and try the game then. Hope it works but there could be other issues to iron out. MCM2 fixed exe
